Thrilljoy PIX! & PIXL 2026: August Drops, Summer Exclusives & Best Values
Thrilljoy PIX! figures are moving fast in August 2026, with a massive 15-product wave that dropped on August 28 and two new PIXL blind box series — Toy Story and Terrifier — both marked Dropping Soon on the official store. If you've been tracking Thrilljoy collectibles or hunting for rare blind box vinyl figures, the next 30 days represent one of the brand's most active release windows of the year. Here's everything serious collectors need to know.
The August 28 PIX! Wave: What Dropped and What Sold Out
Thrilljoy's largest single-day drop of 2026 landed on August 28, pushing 15 new PIX! 2.0 figures live simultaneously. The lineup spans horror, animation, and pop culture classics — with standouts including PIX! Pennywise: The Dancing Clown (IT: Welcome to Derry), PIX! Vox: The Media Overlord (Hazbin Hotel), PIX! Tomie (Junji Ito), PIX! Ferris Bueller, and the fan-favorite PIX! Domo. Each figure retails at $19.99 USD, and several — including Pennywise, Coraline, and The Invisible Man: The Destructive Scientist — were marked sold out within the first 24 hours of availability.
The 2026 Summer Event Exclusive series also featured chase-heavy releases: PIX! Raphael (TMNT), PIX! Beetlejuice, PIX! Wonder Woman, and PIX! Kubo (Kubo and the Two Strings) were all part of the exclusive event-only drop. Collectors on YouTube and social media reported pulling all six Summer Event chase variants out of 18 boxes — a roughly 1-in-18 pull rate driving secondary market interest. These event exclusives are now trading on the secondary market at $35–$60 per figure depending on character desirability.
Presales are currently live for PIX! Aang (Avatar: The Last Airbender) and PIX! Woody: The Sheriff (Toy Story), while PIX! Katniss Everdeen (The Hunger Games), PIX! Nosferatu, and PIX! Maleficent are confirmed as Dropping Soon. BigBadToyStore and Entertainment Earth are both accepting $5/item pre-order deposits on the upcoming wave. PIXL Blind Box Series: Toy Story and Terrifier Are Coming
Thrilljoy's larger-scale PIXL blind box format — 3.5" figures at $9.99 per individual box — is getting two brand-new series currently listed as Dropping Soon on the official Thrilljoy store. The PIXL Toy Story series has a whole set bundle priced at $119.88 USD for 12 boxes ($9.99 each individually), featuring Disney/Pixar character variants in the PIXL art style. The PIXL Terrifier series brings Art the Clown and the Terrifier franchise universe to the format at the same price points — a smart licensing move given explosive secondary market demand for horror-themed collectibles in 2026.
PIXL as a format bridges the gap between Thrilljoy's standard PIX! 2.0 singles ($19.99) and premium Mega PIX! 12" figures ($119.99). With only 6 characters per PIXL blind box series, early sets like the Conjuring Universe and Masters of the Universe have developed strong secondary market premiums. The PIXL Conjuring Universe, originally retailing at ~$12.79 CAD per box, is now trading at $18–$28 per figure on eBay — a 40–120% secondary markup that mirrors top-performing blind box lines.
